GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present document entitled Terms and Conditions of sale states the applicable conditions for the sales concluded between the person wishing to buy through the website www.vegaoo.com, hereafter called “the costumer”, and the society BCI SARL, with registered address at 45 Rue Santoyon, Saint Quentin Fallavier 38070 (France) and registered at the RCS of Grenoble under the number 500 375 795 000 35, SARL (LTD) with a capital of 51.291,21 GBP , with intercommunity VAT number FR 17500375795, hereafter called “Vegaoo.com”
I. Our Prices
All the prices appear in British Pound with all taxes included, except for the delivery charges. The products will be invoiced at the rate in force at the time of registering your order. The products are property of Vegaoo.com until the complete payment to Vegaoo.com. The price is payable in total and in one single payment.
The costumer can order over the internet at www.vegaoo.com 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Vegaoo.com reserves the right to cancel or reject the order of a costumer with whom a litigation regarding the payment of a previous order exists or if Vegaoo.com considers there exist any kind of risk. In case of lack of availability of one or more products, Vegaoo.com promises to inform the customer as soon as possible. The order of the customer will be then cancelled and the amount reimbursed.
The pictures of the site are provided by our suppliers, certain details like colours or pattern could vary, but the differences between our photos and the reality are rare. If you receive a different product than you thought you ordered, please contact us on +44 207 092 6676.
Our products are for sale only, we do not rent costumes.
III. Dispatch and delivery
Any order registered at the site www.vegaoo.com before 3 p.m. from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be dealt with and dispatched the same day, after validation of full payment. Custom clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the Custom clearance can hold your parcel for a moment, in case of control.
No expedition will be made in the Isle of Wight (exept with DPD), The Channel island, and the BFPO (British Forces Overseas).
The customer can choose any of the 3 following delivery options:
UPS Express Saver 24h for 19.99 EUR or 16.99 GBP You will receive your parcel 24 hours after leaving our warehouse. For example: If you place your order on Monday before 3 p.m. you can have your costume at home on Tuesday. If you order is placed on Monday after 3 p.m., it will leave our warehouse on Tuesday and thus you will receive it on Wednesday.
DPD in 2 to 3 days delivery at 12 EUR or 9.99 GBP. Your will receive your parcel 2-3 days after leaving our warehouse. For example: If you place your order on Monday before 3 p.m. (2 p.m. UK Time) you can receive your parcel on Wednesday or Thursday the latest. If, for example, the order is placed on Monday after 3 p.m. (2 p.m. UK Time) your parcel will leave our warehouse on Tuesday and thus arrive to your delivery address on Thursday or Friday the latest.
ParcelForce in 4 to 5 working days for 12 EUR or 9.99 GBP Your will receive your parcel 3-4 working days after leaving our warehouse. For example: If you place your order on Monday before 3 p.m. (2 p.m. UK Time) you can receive your parcel on Thursday or Friday the latest. If, for example, the order is placed on Monday after 3 p.m. (2 p.m. UK Time) your parcel will leave our warehouse on Tuesday and thus arrive to your delivery address on Friday or Saturday the latest.
Free delivery over 80€ for Ireland only.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the unavailability of someone to take delivery of the product. It is your responsibility to contact the post office or courrier company as applicable to arrange the collection or delivery of products that could not be delivered because you were unavailable.
Deliveries to Switzerland could be submitted to various costs and taxes including customs and export duties (VAT). These duties are payable by the buyer. Moreover the customs offices could keep your parcel in case of control.
United Kingdom and Europe
The payment can be done through any of the following options:
- By Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo*, Switch
- By PayPal
Vegaoo.com implements all the means to assure the confidentiality and security of the transmitted data through the net and the website vegaoo.com. Hence, the website uses a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) payment security module.
*Although we do not accept payments with Solo Card, you can use your Solo Card to create and top up your PayPal account.
V. Combat card bank fraud
With the objective to assure the payments, vegaoo.com uses the security payment system of our bank partner CIC (a leading French bank). This service includes the security module SSL (Secure Socket Layer). The confidential information is directly transmitted to the bank server in encrypted form without passing by our internal server. Each payment made by bank card demands an authorisation to the network of the bank card.
The payment system will deliver an electronic certificate probing the amount and date of the transaction, according to the provisions of article 1316 and following of the French Civil Code.
VI. Exchange and reimbursement
Delay to return an article:
The customer has a legal delay of 7 days to be able to exercise the right of withdrawal from the reception of the parcel. Vegaoo.com allows its customers to return the ordered articles within 30 days from the reception of the parcel, subject to the conditions of return stated in the paragraph below.
Conditions of return:
The return products have to be new, non-used and in their original box, completely intact. A costume may eventually be tried on but it must be perfectly return in its original packaging. Returns must be done through a CSC (Customer Service Conversation) from the section “My account” of the site vegaoo.com. All returns must be sent to Vegaoo.com, Customer Service 15 rue Santoyon, 38070 Saint Quentin Fallavier (France)
Returns costs are at the expense of the customer, except where a mistake was made when the product was dispatched. In that case, shipping costs will be refund up to 7.3 GBP (IBAN and BIC / SWIFT number required for process to the transfer).
Exchanges are not possible. Thus vegaoo.com will reimburse you but cannot send you a new article. Each article returned respecting the general return condition will be reimbursed within 30 days. The customer can make a new order and pay the new desired products. The new payment will be done through bank card or Paypal.
State of the products:
All products have to be returned completely intact, with their original protecting packaging, visual and barcodes. Once the parcel is received, vegaoo.com will evaluate the perfect state of the material. No return will be accepted if the products are visibly used or damaged by the customer and that such use or damage, makes the product unfit for sale. If the return is refused by vegaoo.com, the products will be returned to the customer at his/her expenses, after receiving the delivery payment by bank card or Paypal; without the customer being entitled to claim any damage.

VIII. Intellectual property
All the texts, comments, works, images and illustrations of the products published at vegaoo.com are controlled by copyright and intellectual property for the whole world. As such and pursuant to the provisions set forth by law, only private use is authorized subject to differing or more restrictive provisions of intellectual property legislation. Any reproduction total or total reproduction of the site vegaoo.com is strictly prohibited, unless previous authorization.
For all stages of access to the site, placing orders, delivery of ulterior services, the society vegaoo.com does not have any obligation of the means. Vegaoo.com shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, namely service interruption; outside intrusion or any event due to force majeure, as recognized by law.

XI. Right to cancel
An order cannot be changed once the payment has been confirmed. We cannot change, add or delete an item once your order has been confirmed. We can neither modify nor change a delivery address. If you wish to modify an order, we will have to cancel it, refund you and you will have to place another order on our website.
Cancelation is only possible within 30 minutes after the order has been placed. For any cancelations, you will need to contact us on +44 2070 926 676, these modifications are therefore only possible between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., from Monday to Friday.
XII. Title and risk
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have delivered to you ans we have received clear funds in full payment for the goods. Once goods have been delivered to you they be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.
